Real wierd neighbor.......

Ok theres this neighbor who lives across from our house and hes real weird. Theres a park small park in front of my house and everytime theres kids from like elementry school playing at the park he comes out and talks to them. I saw him taking pictures of the kids playing. He also gives little cars like hotweels and stuff to the kids, thats not all he sits outside of his house and lites some things on and starts doing some weird stuff. He moves his hands around and talks with no one around. Every night he lights a candle on outside of his door. Its freaks me out. This guy asked him why he gives cars to the kids and talks to them and he said he likes kids, but not to take it wrong.

That is weird,reminds me of this guy.

It is so freakin weird...how old is that guy?

hes like in his 30's, oh and he showed a picture to the guy that i asked him why did he give cars to the kids. He told him he had family but they werent together and he showed pictures to him of his wife and kids.

Psh! That ain't crazy. He's just looking for some young lovin'! Maybe you can make friends with the guy.

Anyhow, I have had my share of weird as hell neighbors.

My neighbors now are pretty friendly: hot young mom next door, and friendly gay guy adjacent to me.

good thing they weren't slaughting "witches", otherwise, you would not be with us anymore.

I would say that this is completely normal but this (the bold part) makes me think you should question his behavior. He might have a mental disorder and the question is do you ever see his family? Why are they not together? My problem is that most "normal" people would know better than to give children toys and take pictures of them playing because you never know people might accuse you of being a pedophile.

I have my share of weird neighbors, my community has many half way homes which are inhabited by pedos, crack heads, prostitutes etc..There is a halfway home 3 houses down from me, There is this one big fat nasty man that lives there and who claims he is cleaning the street early in the morning around 5-6am but what he is really doing is checking out the kids who are going to school. That asshole gives me the creeps whats worse is when i first moved to the block could u believe the asshole had the nerves to follow me to my bus stop and stare at me until my bus came? That is why i am a firm believer that women should carry some type of weapon. anyways now the asshole says hi to me every morning or tries to get my attention whenever he sees me and whats worse is that he got all the crazy ass psychos in the same home doing the same thing, you know how black people live of the "wish" factor, well i wish one of them would try something cuz i would be dam sure to make an example.


Another weird neighbor lives right next door to me he is a crack head, but hes not the typical crack head because he has a profession, next to his house there is this weird lady who i think has mental issues she also looks like the hunch back of natrudarm (however u spell that), anyways i use to be nice to her cuz no one else was cuz she looks weird can you believe that one day she decided to tell me that she really liked me and she loved me and it wasn't as a nice friend either...anyways i have way more weird neighbors to speak of but these are the ones that stand out and i am too tired to type about the rest.

Wow you guys have weird neighbors. I don't have issues or even talk to the neighbors. The only time I had a bad neighbor was this ugly, sick, whore of a lady lived next door and would always hit on my dad. She would go to my house and knock on the door asking for him. I am so glad that I was younger let a witch try that now. She had no respect for us (his kids) or my mom but my mom put that slut in her place.

wow lane... crazy neighbors... oh and it's hunchback of Notre Dame hehe. My neighbors are pretty normal I guess. Well there is one dude who won't let his kids play outside and it's not because he fears their safety, but I don't know what. I finally saw the kids and they're soooo white because they don't get much Vitamin D. Another neighbor has a son who tried to commit suicide but didn't succeed. He always parks his car at the very end of the driveway with his trunk sticking out on the street. Yeah I guess that's not that weird compared to you guys.

However, when I was in college, my house was close to a halfway house too and this tiny Asian dude lived in there. His name was Fong and he'd always want to party with the college kids, cept he was really creepy and kept talking to the girls. He would ride a lil kids bike that had a basket in front, all over campus, talk to himself, wear crazy clothes and paint moles, mustaches and eyebrows on his face. It's funny cuz one day you see him with this huge mole on his cheek and the next day it's gone and replaced by a mustache. Oh and he wrote poetry; he read a poem to my friends and I once... it was about college kids drinking beer, but you couldn't really understand what he was saying. He has a whole book full of poems and says it's been published.
