Well yeah remember i told you guys i used to work at a grocery store and they after a while when we got a new manager they told me i couldnt work anymore and then i applied at a subway and after two weekends of working they said the same thing. I applied again at fast food restaurant like four days ago and they called me yesterday for an interview everything was going good, but she told me about the law that verifies ssn and well somehow i got strength to tell her i wasn't legal. I decided to tell her just in case so that she neither me would just waste time, and she told me if i had a ssn and i was like umm yeah, she just told me to take it so she can run it and check if it would pass. But why mind i know its not going to pass, but i dont think im going back. It sucks really does, my dad is talking about MOVING TO ANOTHER STATE !! GUYS HELP ME OUT I JUST DONT KNOW THE FEELING IS WEIRD I KIND OF FEEL SPECIAL OF BEING ILLEGAL BECAUSE WHEN THEY PASS THE BILL IM GOING TO BE PROUD I WAS FIGHTING AND ALL I WENT THROUGH, BUT AT THE SAME TIME I FEEL BAD.

How do you want us to help you out exactly?

Mm...i don't feel special at all being illegal, just extremely limited, but hey its whatever now.
Maybe moving to another state will be better for you and your family, so take it as a positive change. :]

I think he's just ranting, Ayame.

I'm sorry to hear what's going on, Franko. It's a really shitty situation all around, but you know what? Your dad is probably right. It's best for you guys to move. It's only going to get worse in Arizona. Until Congress takes action, that's how it's going to be. Leaving your friends behind will be hard, but there are still phones, there's still the internet; it's not like you won't be able to contact them at all. Hell, if you move to Texas, then you might even be eligible for financial aid by the time you graduate--I'm not sure what the exact requirements are, though.

Anyway, I hope things get better for you guys.

Indeed, Arizona is turning into a hell hole for immigrants. If you do decide to move, move to good old TX. Things are still quite lax here, especially in the major cities and south TX.

If your dad is thinking of moving...

Although AZ have laws passed against undocumented workers/aliens, it's nothing compared to the ones in Oklahoma and other states. If worse comes to worse, just make just you don't jump from a sinking boat into a shark's mouth.

Move to California or New York and stay in one of the major cities. It's very illegal immigrant-friendly. You don't even need a car if that city provides great public transportation.

Frankokid,I think the employers had a valid reason & explanation why you haven't been able to keep a job.It appears DHS has implemented the No-match rule yet again & they were preparing for it seems.

So this no match thing is only if you use a fake ssn right? Or will it also say if a person who has a real ssn is here illegally.
