For those with 3-year EAD, anybody thinking about sending their renewal in early? I want to send mine in to test my luck. The worst that can happen is for USCIS to return my package. What do you guys think?

An attorney told me to consider it but also warned me that there's only around a month of time left plus holidays can delay it even longer. I'm still considering but leaning more towards not sending it out since I can't afford wasting almost $500. Praying that Bridge Act might become law before the end of 2017.

Same here, $500 compare to a year of income is nothing.

Hah, like the attitude. We all have to be proactive about our options.

I don't have a 3 year EAD. But mine expires on June 2017. And I just now sent my application.
