I was approved on April 20th and my documents are now being shipped to my house. My flight is tonight but I only have my approval letter. Can I send those documents overseas? The approval letter says I was approved from May 1st to July 5th. Can that be done? What are your suggestions? If I don't leave tonight, there's a possibility that I might not make it on time for my study abroad program and the ticket change will cost more more than $1000.

I have the exact question. I talked to customer service USCIS. They said:

I have to have AP approved before I leave the states, because without approval DACA terminates when you leave the US

Please call 1800 3755283 with our tracking number to make sure.

I did call them and I'm within the travel dates and they said my documents could be shipped overseas. I already have my approval letter. Wish me luck. I'm leaving tonight.

Do the following. Wait until you get the AP documents at your US residence. Have some one at your US residence get it and ship it to you new location via the most secure way possible (insurance, signature required) type of thing. You won't need the AP documents until you come back. Im speaking from experience. Good luck!

That's exactly what I'm doing! Thank you for your advice. I'll be here in Asia for a few weeks so I'm hoping everything will work out!

I am getting very anxious about my AP application.

I submitted April 21st.
Received April 22nd.
Receipt letter April 24th.
Wrote on my application and explanation letter to EXPEDITE.
Call customer service to EXPEDITE, May 3rd.
Have an InfoPass 05/17/17 at 1145am......

my question is....I have copies of my application and everything I submitted with it...would i be able to get it approved or expedited even more if i go to the infopass and talk to an agent in person?

Any suggestions?

*I can't contact my congressman since he is REP. ugh! FML!

Any ideas would be helpful! I am trying to get this approved before my submitted dates which were Jun9th for a 10 day period under humanitarian reasons.

-My father is very ill and hospitalized have not seen him in 20 yrs and other than his parents who are in their 70s I would be the other next of kin to make decisions since im the only one who can travel with AP.

:'(
