What if I forgot the dates and I Can't find it?

RFE Send: Jan 10th (dang lawyer took so long)
Daca and EAD Approved: Jan 25th&29th
SSN: Still pending

Your signature says you applied with a lawyer, could that lawyer tell you where your application was sent to and the date it was sent/accepted by USCIS? If all of those are "NO" then lookup where DACA applications should be sent to based on your location and what USCIS office applications from your state usually go to. And recall the best you can of the date and put a good guess of the date when it was sent/accepted by them. |

Follow the tip section on the website but basically it will be on your employment authorization card Starting with 3 letters so
- EAC- Vermont Service Center
- LIN – Nebraska Service Center
- SRC – Texas Service Center
- WAC- California Service Center
Take your time when filling these out, last year they send it back to me 3 times this time I will not let that happen
