My DACA expires in October of 2018, should I submit my renewal and what are the risks? Im also adjusting status through marriage but filing i-601a(waiver), process is lengthy so I just want to keep my job secure for another two years. Anyone with a similar expiration date or a similar situation let me know what the best move is . Thanks

Dude, if you have the money send in your app ASAP! With all the uncertainty it’s important to have backup plans. Good luck!

Only risk is you being left out if USCIS stops accepting renewals. Submit it now.

Look at the expiration dates on this sheet.

I expire Oct 2018 and I submitted my renewal end of last month. I'm waiting for my bio appt in mail since I checked my status and it says they already sent it.
