Why does my case status say this?

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.

What does this indicate? Also, my renewal is taking really long. I did my biometrics in like March. Still no update. Anyone else have this issue? Can I do anything?

As far as I can tell, the USCIS systems run on a toaster and the programming is done overseas by people who've never taken a single programming class.

Don't worry about it.

Your application is on hold until they get to it, they are processing stuff according to expiration dates.
