BREAKING: As expected (given that plaintiffs agreed to DOJ's motion,) Judge Bates in the DC #DACA case stays his ruling allowing initial DACA apps and advanced parole to restart.

But he rejects the Gov'ts attempt to stop renewal apps.

This ruling should put paid to TX's mean-spirited lawsuit trying to stop #DACA entirely, since they were arguing that they needed a ruling from a judge in TX to stop these new initials.

Will TX pull down its lawsuit? Doubtful, and that's just sad.
What's TX excuse now ?

The headline reads DACA a parole on hold. Am I reading this correctly?

Would you guys even risk going out the country with the current administration? I know I wouldn’t. They could easily find an excuse to not admit you back.

I also wouldn't exit. It's not a wise choice but some people have managed to do it.
