Hi guys, My sister recently had to change the spelling of her first name from Yessenia (she used her whole life) to Jessenia because of a mispelling in her original birth certificate. So now she has her passport spelled Jessenia. She wants to renew her DACA and her name has always been spelled Yessenia for all her DACA. Do you think if she renews it now with her name as Jessenia. It will be a problem? Should she just keep using Yessenia? I was hoping anyone had a similar situation in the past. Many thanks!

Isnt there a section for "Other names used" in the application if I remember correctly?

How do you not notice errors on your own birth certificate. This is on par with the kids who find out they are DACA right before college.

I knew I was illegal since 1st grade.
