The President's latest offer, which he is set to deliver from the White House Saturday at 4 p.m. ET, will link his demand for $5.7 billion for a border wall to the BRIDGE Act, legislation that would extend protections for so-called "Dreamers," undocumented immigrants who arrived in the US as children and are covered by the DACA program.

There's 3 threads on the exact same thing.

Dems should counter:

Offer 1 - $1.5 Billion + BRIDGE Act
Offer 2 - $3.5 Bilion + BRIDGE Act + TPS
Offer 3 - $5.7 Billion + Dream/USA Act + TPS

There is no provision for travel outside the US with the Bridge Act. AP was allowed under regulation that is now rescinded and would probably not be enacted again.

So bridge act is 3 year DACA with no travel

They can't even counter without Trump blaming the shutdown on them over illegals, that's the problem.

Do you guys think if the Democrats accepted this deal, that Trump would really sign it? (Could you imagine him offering a deal, the dems accepting it, and Trump saying that it's a bad deal and won't sign?)
