I was hopeful for a time that they were just playing politics. I do wonder what would've happened if the initial rescission wasn't challenged.

This is either a final middle finger to the Dreamers or the beginning of the end if he is reelected.

It means the next time we renew it will be only for 1 year and AP will be very tough to get.

After all this talk about taking care of the dreamers and now doing all this legally sketchy stuff he wouldn’t even throw us a bone with something like a commutation/pardon of sorts for the 10yr ban for childhood arrivals so that some of us could just go away, lol. But I guess that would be seen as getting too friendly with the dirty illegals. I do not generally wish bad on people and if I don’t like them I just want them out of my hair but I hope this guy loses the election, loses his money, goes to jail and dies of COVID in jail.
