Seeking advice

Hi,

How is everyone holding up with all, that's happening around lately? TBH, I don't feel well this past few weeks, hoping for AP to be useful for once and now Christmas is here and I can't visit my family living offshore because of everything that's been going on.

Do you feel the same way? Can you share some coping ideas to help me get through this? Your thoughts are really appreciated.

Thank you. My Mom asked me to do facetime with them this Christmas day, I hope my boss will let me take off early so I can catch up with them. I've stumbled upon looking for some ways to cope with this anxiety and I hope that anyone who reads this will find some good advice too as I have. Merry Christmas.
