How to reach USCIS real person customer support?

Has anyone successfully talked to USCIS real person by calling 18003755283?
I tried all options , it was always the automated system . Can you teach me how ?

Just say “technical issue”
It will put you on hold to talk to a human being

I did . That’s the method I had used numerous times . This method is not working anymore now

I tried and couldn't, makes you wonder what they're doing w/those fucking fees they're charging. I submitted a case ticket w/an old IOE number and it was promptly followed up.

Fuck all tbh. They've been playing chicken with funding since the start of the pandemic.
