Advance Parole - periods

Hello,
So I'm waiting for my advanced parole to be approved but is already past the date that I hoped to get it. I asked for 30 days begginig september 19, what can I expect now? how does it work when it gets approved, do I only get time within those 30 days or do they adjust the time?

Yes they will approve you for later dates if approved, it would most likely be a time frame right after it gets approved. When is your receipt date?

I just wish I knew, I had put my vacations days and now I keep postponing them but my boss wants to know a definite date..
My receipt date is 5/31

Looks like they are now approving applications for the first week of May so you’re most likely a few weeks away still…
