Democrats are so pathetic and weak. The CHNV program was a gift to Trump. They are still trying to work through their nomination process and apparently David Hogg is trying to bring new life into the party by fixing the incumbent supporting nomination process.

Systems should always be difficult for the incumbent in order to continuously replenish themselves with new blood or they will grow stagnant and face deeper issues. Republicans have a competitive system and as a result are much more vibrant, united and dynamic.

If the Democrat party had this system back in 2013 the DA would've passed with flying colors.
