So I thought I should share my story cuz it's kinda crazy what's been happening in my life over the past few months.

So if I were to get back into school, it would be 18K per semester, tuition only.

In total, I need roughly 45K to finish school, translates into one year of school and I would graduate.

Recently, I been in talks with some close friends of mine who graduated and are all working now. They are really good friends, like really good. They know of my situation and how hard it's been. They've seen how hard I'm working and the dead end I face every year cuz my situation isn't changing. My parents has stopped contributing to my education cuz they can't pay it. I'm saving as much as I can but there's no way I can save up enough to finish school.

Soooo, four of my friends got together without me knowing and they drew up a tuition fund plan over the past month so that I could get back into school this summer and finish by April of 2010. One of them decided to organize this and he came up to me and pretty much asked me if I would allow them to pay for the rest of my college education. No joke.

I have never asked for their help ever but they came to me and they wanted my approval to do this for me.

I have some amazing friends. This country could make me as illegal as it wants but I'd stay in this country if it was the only way I could be with my friends.

I'll close my story there but I'll be honest with you guys, I can't wait for my school to post up the summer 09 class catalog.

This is why I keep coming back to this site. Whenever I feel down there is always a great story to bring me back on my feet. Friends like that are few and rare good luck with finishing school.

that's flipping awesome!!! Congratulation~

You are fortunate to have more than just one good friend who chipped in for you but four!!! They say that in life you will have five good friends. It seems like you've met them already

I have a friend who just got a job too as an accountant. He graduated earlier than other people in my year, he's been paying for meals and stuff. He even offered to help pay for school for my other friend as well if things got tough. It is really awesome to know that there are people who care for you and are generous enough to support you even financially.
