Janet Napolitano yesterday introduced the assistant secretary for ICE John Morton and assistant secretary for policy Esther Olavarria.

I don't know about Morton but Olavarria sounds DREAM/CIR friendly.

It looks like she is very "friendly" judging from her past.
Quote:
Esther Olavarria has been named a deputy assistant secretary for policy within the department. During her time in South Florida Olavarria has worked with the Haitian Refugee Center, Legal Services of Greater Miami and the Florida Immigration Advocacy Center, according to CBS4 news partners at The Miami Herald.......

........From 1998 to 2007 Olavarria worked as general counsel to Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy. During that time she helped draft the 2007 immigration reform bill sponsored by Kennedy and Sen. John McCain of Arizona
