Balancing the scale

Hello Dreamers,

I was looking over the United We Dream web page and came upon an article which provided statistics about the immigrant community. The information said that the immigrant community contributes to the state of the economy in large amounts. For example immigrant business generated a total of 52 billion dollars in sales that's according to this organization. Not to forget the amounts of AB540 Students who are seeking a higher education has increased dramaticaly this year.

Knowing this information we should not allow people like the Senator from Alabama Jeff Sessions who constantly trashed the efforts of an immigration reform two years ago to bring down the Dream Act when it comes to revision in the Senate. It was senators like him along with radio host like Rush Limbaugh, Bill O' Reilly ( Who just recently said he favors immigration reform as long as it provides border security) among others who think that by trashing and despicing immigration reform America "will be a better place."

P.S. Is it just me or have you noticed that the news media has recently picked up the mess that is going on in Tijuana in a much broader scale yet this problem has been going on in Mexico for YEARS not months but YEARS. Do you think that they do this as a way to remove attention from the economy and the war or is it just another "late breaking news" out of the country that will never fix its self (Mexico).
