I see. I asked because uscis gives EADs with one year expiration to people under other immigration applications (DACA does not prevent you from having another petition pending).

Yeap, contact USCIS to get it sorted out, preferably make a info pass appointment.

Bump..my EAD expires next year as well. Not sure why. U think I should apply for SS and State ID before calling them up?

@USCIS

Maybe it is a for profit scheme.You pay twice the amount for an EAD as oppose to once.Deferred action would still be valid for the two years but simply issue EAD's in 1 year increments,lol.

Yeah my DACA approval notice clearly states case deferred for 2 years. Phuk them. I'm getting my SS and ID then gonna schedule that info pass. I just hope my ID/DL isn't for 1 year.

I forgot to answer this...When you're ready you can simply go here or call the 1800 service to schedule one.

An infopass appointment usually surrounds correcting issues with USCIS concerning your individual case.
