True, but it will not kill everyone right now or next year. Again, some people are in deportation proceedings RIGHT NOW. Further, many kids here cannot go to college, and if they did, they cannot use their degrees.

there's even debate about whether warming is actually happening or not. i remember last winter being pretty cold. so of course it can wait

I meant by itself if CIR is out of the question.
It would be smart, democrats could say, "we couldn't pass CIR, but we're giving kids and young adults a chance"

Well that is another option too if CIR fails which I doubt it will.
