and what do you guys expect from the senator from Alabamuh:

"At Sessions' confirmation hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee, four Department of Justice lawyers who had worked with Sessions testified that he had made several racist statements. One of those lawyers, J. Gerald Hebert, testified that Sessions had referred to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) as "un-American" and "Communist-inspired" because they "forced civil rights down the throats of people."[6]

Thomas Figures, a black Assistant U.S. Attorney, testified that Sessions said he thought the Klan was "OK until I found out they smoked pot."

I wanted to hit Sessions in the head.... he was referring the entire time to the bad parts of all the bills ignoring 3992. He kept on saying that it will accept criminal aliens, that they would have to dedicate detectives to verify that we came before 5 years and that how would they be able to do that. That people could be up to 35 years of age, they could apply to stop a deportation order even if they committed felonies. That they could apply for waivers even if they committed the most heinous of crimes and eventually attain citizenship

yeesh.... for 3992 you are supposed to prove your lack of criminal history before you are even able to be covered by the DA, you are deportable until you prove your innocence. I can't stand hearing that guy. To think, in the past republicans were the favored party for people in our situation and now they have become the opposite.

sorry for the short rant, just tired of holding that in.
