If you have criminal history, here's how you do it:

1. Pay lawyer only for consulting.

2. Go back to school and learn to read so you can fill out the form.

I just remembered that episode of Hey Arnold! with that guy that couldn't read and a little boy comes up to him and says "Can't you read mister, can't you read?"

A list would do no good in California because California is the only state that has legalized attorney malpractice. There is a petition asking the California Law Revision Commission to change the law so malpractice is no longer legal. Attorneys, their organizations, and lobbyists are out in force to block any change.

You don't have to be a resident of California to support the petition.
