plz help...urgent!!!

so my permit expires in november and i will be sending my renewal this month...im confused...i have tickets and 2 pi's that i got arrested for but only stayed the night in jail those 2 times...will this get my app denied??? im so worried and i have a full time job...anyone plz help

Were you convicted of anything? I don't have any personal experience with this (see below), but you should send the renewal stuff ASAP because it takes a long time for many to get it back and if you have "issues", even longer.

the two times i got arrested for pi i plead guilty only stayed in jail the night i got arrested and i had to pay a fine i only owe the second fine but want to do community service...idk if this will get me rejected for my renewal

yes public intoxication...people are telling me i will not get accepted again because of this i have such a great job and i really need a job due to all my bills and im about to start school

yeah you should talk to a lawyer with more experience dealing with this - the application asks if you have been arrested which you clearly were. I don't think that disqualifies for DACA though

I had a dui on my record, I know super bad, but I got worked with a criminal immigration lawyer, I got the dui expunged because it was like 8 years ago, and applied for daca and got approved, so my two cents is to work with an attorney who specializes in immigration/criminal affairs.
