My mom got her green card around the same time I first got DACA she has another year or two to apply for citizenship. Should she file a I-130 for me and my sister. I know it would take about 7 years or more for a visa number.

You should file now. Unless you are from one of the countries that has a backlog priority dates for Parent PR and USC are about the same right now.

Not sure about your situation or how old you are but if you are over 18 and have unlawful presence then you are gonna need to do a waiver through your parents, which is super hard but i guess not impossible.
