If even Sessions think we should get some relief than I would say we are pretty safe at this point as long as we stay out of trouble.

The big question is "WHEN". When will something happen to get us out of this limbo..

Pretty much what the Republicans have said the past decade. They would be open to an amnesty as long as the flow of illegal immigration stops. They are not OK with giving amnesty after amnesty. I can see why but at the same time how do you accomplish that goal?

I think illegal immigration can be reduced with certain steps but never completely eliminated

You're right the flow won't ever stop but it can be reduced. People will always find a way to cross over. So rather than waste a stupid amount of money on a wall the country would be better off just installing new technology and hiring more agents all around the border. The USA act achieves that but he's so determined to get a wall because he doesn't want to look stupid to his base.

"We were there" says the one (Collins) who changed the enforcement date in her bill to the future, so the media could exploit it and have every Republican line up against it.

Mandatory e-verify. If people cant get jobs, they wont come. Simple enough.

Then force those votes again and show up to the table armed with proposals.

Rep. Pete Aguilar: "There are now nearly 250 House members signed onto our #QueenOfTheHill rule to allow us to start debate on legislation to #ProtectDreamers. @SpeakerRyan, this is clearly the will of the People’s House, so why won’t you #GiveUsAVote?
