How did David Dobrik get a GC??

The only options I'm aware of are:
1) Marriage
- requires entry with inspection which he has I presume
- He is not married afaik
2) EB1
- ?? should not be possible to adjust from DACA to EB1
- 18.3M subscribers on youtube
3) EB5
- ?? should not be possible to adjust from DACA to EB5
- He has "dispo" which is probably a 10+M investment

It’s definitely easier to get GC when you make millions.

Isn't this the guy that almost killed someone for swinging them from an excavator? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vR7mUqkL1W0

That in itself seems bad enough to deny him any kind of legalization.

One event does not define a person. You can also look at all the good he's done too.

At an espiritual level. I agree.

As a member of a functioning society, I disagree. When you endanger the lives of others, it does define you. It shows your lack of respect for rules and the life of others. As harsh as it sounds, it’s true. Otherwise people would go around killing, raping, and doing whatever they wanted and then chuck it up to “one event does not define me”

Intending to rape, intending to kill, committing rape, and committing murder is very different from an accident. They shot that video for YouTube, which is part of his job/business. The friend who got hurt was hired to do the scene. I doubt he intended for his friend to get hurt. Accidents like this happen to actors on scenes of movies.
