Filed last night: DOJ asked a Texas federal judge reviewing the Biden admin's DACA policy to rule against a state-led challenge.

The govt said the states' evidence against the immigration program is "dated" & Dreamers' US ties "have only grown deeper."

And if the court rules in favor of the states, the DOJ is asking the judge to limit relief, including by delaying a wind-down until the end of any appeals and tailor relief only to states who have established they were harmed by the program.

Why you want him to hurry? Let the status quo go on, cause Congress ain't gonna do shit regardless.

Hanen KNOWS DACA will be exterminated and by his actions he is dragging it as much as possible to help us out to last until 2024 for when Trump comes back and saves sus.

The fact that some dreamers believe that by Hanen killing DACA is somehow going to put pressure on Congress to act and come save us it’s comical and they need a reality check.

We know congress is not going to do sh!t and we all know daca is coming to and end in the next 1-2 years so what's the difference if daca gets killed now or 1-2 years from now?

The difference is that some people do want to keep their jobs for the time being and some do want to look at other options such as advance parole/marriage.

This whole notion of “well if it’s going to end might as well end it now” it’s quite absurd in my opinion. If you want it to end, then don’t renew it and let your DACA end, it’s that simple.

Make your own personal choice of ending it now. Why wait? No one is forcing you to keep it. Just because you don’t like the uncertainty that DACA brings, does not mean it has to end for everyone else that depends on this program.

The Senators who have been in Congress for decades have and are derelict in their duty to improve the immigration system for those seeking a better life for themselves and their families while allowing outright exploitation of millions. And yes, this means Democrats, too, but mostly REPUBLICAN jerks who (conveniently) derive from big farming states.
