^ Exactly. Obama would be a fool if he didn't think we made questionable decisions in order to survive. It's not a violent crime that you committed. You're not a threat to the US by doing this. You weren't convicted.

The Dems were reasonable in their Dream Act, why wouldn't Obama at least take this into consideration when working with Napolitano on filling out the memo?

^I disagree, the fools are those that must take responsibility for whatever actions they take.False claim to US citizenship is the death knell for any immigrant.

The President took a pretty big risk doing this and I am sure many here are more than greatful.

I don't think there is one for deferred action?

In some instances, the interview for GC is waived also. How do they do that though? I guess if you go through a lawyer and all paperwork is flawless and there are no yellow/red flags then it is waived?

I think everyone must do an interview to become a USC?

Good point. I do not know why I assumed there would be one. Well, maybe because when I got my visa, me and my family were scheduled for one. :P

They interview you to prove that is a bonafied marriage and unless they have absolutely no doubt they will waive it but it's rare. And yes USC have to have interview aka test of citizenship

No worries they just don't have time for all this the most they would do in some cases where there is doubt is RFE you (request for evidence) and its usually just a letter.
