wait... reading this again.... It only covers the original DACA recipients and no other undocumented immigrants. How did they get the 1.8 million number they were mentioning before?

I guess they're counting TPS as the other contingent non-immigrant group?

I thought they will collect 55k visas per year during the first 5 years of our "status" then we can begin applying for them?

Nah tps is not included. I'm guessing they meant people who were too young or aged out.

They will collect. Read it again. It says 275,000 GC will be awarded the first year. People with the most points wins priority
