The dream act for non graduated high school students?

I'm going to be a junior in high school this fall.. if the dream act passes... would I qualify? I've been here for 5 years and been in school since 6th grade.

I am not sure but I am guessing your case may go into pending status and you would get the status once you graduate.

I believe that the bill says that you must be at least 12yr to qualify so I'm sure your fine just finish high school.
