Memo to President Obama on a Recipe for a Down Payment on Immigration Reform in 2010

time is running out. Reid only has this week and and the next to indrocude a bill and he knows that. we only have one month available to work on Dream Act and thats in June b/c supreme court hearings are supposed to begin in july.
UGHH, idk what to think anymore. no time left.! =[
