Can you clarify this question about renewal?

My question is:
If one got deferred action and got EAD for 2 years and became over age of 31. Then, will it disqualify the one from renewal of the deferred action and extension of EAD?

I tried to look for answer for this question, but I couldn't find any answer from experts. I think many assume that we can renew indefinitely, but the memo didn't clearly say about it. Can somebody answer it?

There is no information about the renewal process or the renewal guidelines at this present moment. Though we can speculate that as long as you were 30 and under on June 15th, you'd be able to renew even if you turned 31 in two years.

It can be renewed indefinitely as long as you meet the guidelines on June 15th,2012 AND that those guidelines are valid during upcoming Administrations.
