He said for deferred action they are working on the first week of biometrics (which means they ARE going by biometric date). Next week will be the beginning of 9/17 and on! Goodluck guys!

It doesn't make any sense since the first week of Bios was that last week of August. They are currently working on 09/13 and 09/14 dates. Plus I am pretty sure they won't give this sort of information to public. So get it together before passing wrong info out....

... "IDem29" you are free to call them and ask to speak to an officer. I already got approved so i really have no reason to give false information. I only wanted to give out information to people who are anxious about their approvals, since I know first hand how it feels! The gentleman said many bios were done on 9/11 and on , and they were processing on bio dates. They will be handling 9/17 from next week as he told me.

so does this mean that regardless if you walk in or not they are going by the actual date we went to get bios done? i hope so!!

honestly i dont know about that....however in my opinion it is within their best interest and out of fairness, that they process according to original date of biometric. Just look at the mess Nebraska is in due to this!
