My sister and I had help from a family member with our apps all the times we've renewed but recently this family member has gone off the deep end and we doubt we can count on them. We want to be able to handle any future apps ourselves (if the option is even present in the future) and I know we'll at least need the information off our previous forms for consistency.

Problem is this family member never provided us with copies of any of our previous apps, so is a FOIA request for our most recent forms possible?

Yes. Do a FOIA request. Additionally, make sure to keep copies of everything you send to USCIS from now on.

Great, I'll do that soon. Thanks!

I just checked and I see a .tif file I can download but it redirects to a 500 error page saying "The page you are looking for may not exist or is temporarily unavailable."

Probably worth checking again at a later date. Thank you!
