You have to go to the bank and talk to their manager. They usually know what to do. You only need an ID (matricula, passport, etc.) and your school ID if you want to open a student account.

there is an annual fee, damn that sucks, i never knew that bofa, charges annual fees. i only thought capital one, american express, discover, and those other places do that..
