Como se llama... is the polite way to ask an elder person...its like saying , how can i help you ma'am?? to an elder person...but of course you are not going to compare Argentinean spanish with Mexican spanish...for example in Argentina Torta means cake, and in Mexico Torta means torta..lol..

I just want to thank the people who legitimately offered, I think I found something. I may still call on some of you for help though.

By the way, how the hell does this thing have almost 8,000 views?
Mods, could you add the "to" to the title of this thread so I stop making a fool of myself?
Thanks

Nice post...I suggest that You can learn Spanish online with a live qualified tutor at a reasonable cost within the scheduled time and the teachers will work with you on your specific problems at your own pace.So log on to http://www.lejoslearning.com and experience the live class which will be one-to-one with the teacher you chose

The proper way to say it is this:

Eh, ¡Boludo! ¿Cómo te llamás vos? ¿Querés petearme?

Hello, sir. What is your name? Where are you from?

Anyways I suggest taking classes and exposing yourself to the culture once you're comfortable enough. Read the Diario Clarin as well. =D

There are a lot of online Spanish courses. The key is to find one that is based on sound principles of learning languages. Make sure they take into account all four of the language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). There is no shortage of online Spanish courses.
