IP stands for internet protocol, and an IP # is basically your computer's identification number. People can see your IP if you comment on their site, and google analytics might also show them what state or city you are in, or if you are using a school computer, what school, because it shows site owners who your internet provider is, which is why if you want to talk about things concerning your experiences with immigration, especially on anti sites, it's a good idea to use a proxy to hide your IP #, such as: ninjaproxy.com

Also don't freak out about it. A proxy is good thing to use but at the same time. We're not criminals or anything. No one on here is guilty of a crime. It takes a court order to get your name using an IP. So if you post on ALICRAP there is nothing they can do with your IP address without a court order. Still though, I recommend using a proxy but then again I'm also the kind of person that doesn't like to leave things to chance.

btw i have been reading a lot of blogs lately and that is what inspired me to write my own...knowing that someone out there might find the least bit of comfort from it...like i have been doing from all of yours.

OMG brizaysol i absolutley LoVe your blog, u should like, write a novel or something it's so easy to read, it's not tedious and boring like most other blogs. (not that a have a large frame of reference). But usually when I read a blog I read the first sentence and can't get past that. because they're so boring and stupid.
