TSA agents are like the "rent a cop" of Homeland Security the majority of them will overlook the fact that your license visa status has expired trust me or that your passport lacks a visa they aren't really there to enforce immigration laws but they can if they fell like it then there's a few TSA agents that feel like they are High ranking CIA operatives and will fuck you over big time. its up to you if you want to take the risk. i personally would go for it but thats me.

I got back from a weekend trip: San Francisco airport to Long Beach. I used my D.L. that is not at real I.D. standards and I was able to get on board. However, at SFO the TSA agent seemed hesitant, he closely scanned for about 1 min my D.L. and asked for a second form of I.D. at that point I gave him a my school I.D. After he looked at my school I.D. he just handed me my I.D.'s and said "go on". When I flew back from Long Beach airport the TSA agent took about 2 seconds to let me through. In conclusion I will not fly from big international airports such as SFO I will use smaller airports.

Last year i flew from orlando, fl to newark, nj by myself and i got in by showing my unexpired foreign passport. it was one of the biggest risks i have ever taken in my life but i got through it. now im in the situation where my family wants to go to orlando driving again but because of school i have to meet them up there later so its either taking a train, a bus, or an airplane..

with the way things have been going lately i think airplane might be the safest way to go.. what do you guys think?

I usually fly in from Newark because I have liaisons in Jersey who drive me home because JFK is just a big hassle. Is Stewart crawling with creepy ICE crawlers? If it's not too far, I'm thinking of using Stewart instead.
