This is ridiculous.

Nothing is being stolen from them, it's all about residency requirements. If an undocumented student who is a resident of California goes to a public California college (and they/their family pays taxes), he or she SHOULD get in-state tuition. They live there, they pay back to the state. It's not like they are asking for lower tuition somewhere in Bumblebutt, Oklahama.

I didn't think this was news. Didn't the court make the ruling a couple months ago as the result of such a lawsuit? Is there a new development that I just missed?
