if you guys are going to seattle because of why I think you are going, why not wait till what happens with dream this year?

If Dream passes you don't have to go to seattle right? Unless you are going for different reason...

Make it easier for them,
1st Open your passport to the picture page.
2nd Get your plane ticket out and ready.
3rd Put your ticket on the cover, over page of your passport.... grr how to explain this..
Just have it to when they are looking at your passport picture they can also see the plane ticket right above it. That way, you look like you know what your doing and they dont have to worry about opening your passport or looking for other pages.

That is a good point Geronimo, I am planning on going to Seattle for that reason but not now. I'm planning to go during fall in the case that dream act doesn't pass.

and if people are going to Seattle because of that same reason, arent there other states closer to you that you can go to if you live in the east coast? I dont think it's only seattle. Unless of course you know people there and have contacts you can use and go to.

IF you go because of that, why Seattle? I think New Mexico is closer! But anyway, I think the best right now is to stay home and AVOID all the possible RISKS. We have waited for many years, and so we could wait for another year just fine. Be patient!

I've thought about other options like driving to the closest state but there were all too far. (I do have contacts in Seattle)

Maryland would be the closest state on the East Coast

It is possible.

List of documents you can submit to prove identity and residence if you're a "foreign" applicant.

They want an I-94 or an I-102, what is this I-102?
