can i go to school using a tax id number?... ive been denied 7 times by schools because of my status and yet i see other undocumented poeple that are able to go to college

What exactly do schools deny you? There is no way they should base admission decisions on your immigration status.

What state do you live in? If you're from California, there's no way they can deny you admission to the school.

As for other states, you don't need to put down your Tax I.D number. Leave the SSN part of the application blank, and follow up with a call to the admissions office explaining them of your situation. Most schools will assign you a student I.D number which you can use around the school.
