Pardon my ignorance but what does good moral character have to do with signing up with selective services i doubt that would be a requirement because many undocumented people think that you have to have legal status to sign the selective service form and it makes no sense because undocumented immigrants don't qualify to join the military and i think the congressional members behind the dream bill know that as well . But i guess as precaution it would be good to do so but i highly doubt it. Maybe when the bill becomes law you would have to because at that point you would be eligible for military service.

Lots of misinformation here.

If you're a male and don't sign up for Selective Service, you will be excluded from ANY IMMIGRATION ADJUSTMENTS INCLUDING THE DREAM ACT.

Dream's text doesn't necessarily have to state it as a prerequisite, since IT IS prerequisite for EVERYTHING.

Bottom line: If you're under 26, haven't signed up for it, go to the postal office tomorrow and do what ibrahim did.
