The postcards are nice, the one with the star and stripes is pretty, but in the other picture "Dream Act" popped out more.

Whatever designs you all do, just make sure "Dream Act" pops out when you glance at it

I believe that Congress has the week of the 6th off for Easter or some shit like that. Should we mail our postcards to their state/district offices? I just checked and they are off from the 6th to the 17th, but will be doing "state work."

This would be a good opportunity to visit them personally.

Great great great idea! Everyone should at least try to set up a meeting with their reps. and senators.

Field offices, distric offices, congressional offices.

Just call in ask to meet with the senator/rep, chief of staff, senior staff member, and they will give you an appointment or direct you as to how to make one!

IT IS THAT EASY, and you need no fear of what will happen in there. Just tell them you are an activist/student and that youd like to speak to them about their support for the DREAM Act.

I loved this idea and so I have a group of about 50 people ready to send out the cards.

Hey,
It would be nice if once the cards are send, those who send them could give us the amount of cards they send. Please don't cheat. If you send just 10 say you send ten...remember 10 is better than nothing and you are way ahead to the tool that send nothing.

Then we have an estimate of all the cards we send and we can feel awesome about it.

Ok, so I'm a little confused. Are we still sending them out starting the week of April 6th even if theyre on vacation?

Okay I'm in. Going off to buy supplies and recruit family. But when do we send them off again? April 6th?

I'm also interested as well, will try to get the materials by Wednesday! When are we planning on sending them?
