"depression" - Page 2

I have been sad and felt like crying due to my status, but I woudn't say I was "depressed". Now, I'll never let my illegal status get in the way of my happiness....never again.

i am a little depressed because of my situation.

my parents just got their green cards and me im still stuck at home with no life playing video games..i need a girlfriend......

yes im drepressed now. everytime I get happy for some reason something bad happens to me. I don't necesarily see it as a bad thing, I just think that God wants me to keep my feet on the ground.

God never wants you to be depressed. He wants you to be joyful, always. I Thessalonians 5:16-17

True, I'm not much of a religious person but God also wants us to be humble.

Lol, how about angry?

I feel angry at times, because of these human restrictions on things I can/can't do. It's ridiculous.
I'm physically able and mentally able but because of a man made law, I'm limited.

I bounce between anger and depression. Sometimes I find myself angry with my parents for what's going on, the politicians that want to hold all of us back or the idiots that have no idea what its like to to face the limitations that we do, yet are against DREAM.

I try to be optimistic, though, because other than my status, everything else is okay. I try to tell myself that my life could be worse, but sometimes it's hard to focus on the good, when you want to do something as normal as drive to the store and are held back by something that was completely out of your own control.
