So, 3-4 said yes (to do it) and about 2-3 said no. What do we do?

It does say it's the law, that's why I don't know what to do, but at the same time I'm only 19 so I have time.

WOW thanks for this imformation, this was very useful. I URGE ALL MY UNDOCUMENTED BROTHErs to sign up, because it clearly states that even if you happend to be an illegal alien/undocumented male you still have to sign up. Look it up, the proof is all around you . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selective_Service_System

Idk how I missed this thread but thanks to whoever brought it up again. I need to do this ASAP! I didnt know it was a felony to not be signed up. They need to include this in the bill's text because a lot of people are gonna be left out for not signing up... It is very important.

^ Yeah they could draft us if it's needed and send us out to fight yet they can't give us the right to reach our dreams.. Kind of like the stupidity of the alcohol age with the enlisting age. You can go out there and get killed at 18 but you can't drink a damn beer until you're 21.

Those on the fence, do it. I did it in January 2009, and got my sss card in a couple weeks. I'm still here, so nothing bad is going to happen.
