I closed that thread because of all the swearing and insults that were going on and I didn't want it to continue.... it shows immaturity and disrespect as you are showing right now.

The reason this thread hasn't been closed is because so far there haven't been insults or trying to push religions onto other people. It's not against the rules to talk about religion... we close religious threads because most of them end up with people insulting each other and this one has a fairly good open discussion thus far from some of the posts I have read and no one has reported that they have been offended.

By the way ECW... I thought you were Christian... what you just said doesn't seem very Christian-like.

Whether you say that God does or doesn't exist... you can not be certain, so why are you all beating each other up over something like this??

I am certain, no, I absolutely know the god in the bible does not exist or the qur'an, or the mormon god or any other god you can think of that humanity has come up whit. I do agree that I am not certain on what happens when I die, but living a religions life does not make any difference for me to feel comfortable about death. people seek god just because they are cowards who are afraid of death, or someone who cannot get something done on his own so he has to go looking for someone to help him, a imaginary friend if you will. schizophrenia anyone??



Note: Its been proven that the more the country is religious the lower the average IQ is and the more atheist the country the higher the IQ, also the crime rates are better then religious countries. I guess people that know they only have one life to enjoy make sure to actually take care of it, then people who think there is this supreme being who is all merciful and will forgive all of their suppose sins.

And I find that science has evolved so much that I am almost positive that there is no god or similar being and that theories of Charles Darwin and Richard Dawkins are on point. Sure, there is a slight possibility that I may be wrong, but it is very slight.
