Today I got one of my teachers to donate stamps. (9 of them) I havent asked any other teachers but, hopefully they will donate stamps also.
(im not asking for money because they wont be sure what im going to be spending on them, they would probably be doubtful, so instead im asking for stamps)

Awesome! I'm glad your teachers are being supportive. If you're comfortable, maybe you can turn it into a mass stamp drive at your school, or even get members from your church community to donate (if you have one)...Then you'll have endless postcards to send until Dream passes!

I got one of my friends to help me out with coloring the index cards, Im trying to also do a stamp drive at my school but, I dont know how I should start it. Do I ask the principal or what?

I'm going to buy 80 stamps today and the postcards (I'm splitting the 80 with my sister). I'll post pictures when we're done.

I want to have them all ready for USPS by Saturday. We want to send out 20 every Saturday after this week. So can the OP add me to the list for that day?

I would try talking to one of the teachers that has already given you support. Your teacher will probably give you the best advice before you have to go to your principle.
