don't be paranoid. please don't make me slap you.

the best thing you can do before jumping into conclusions is to go see a doctor.

you might just have the regular flue.

no cases have been reported in texas yet (i think), and besides, they know how to cure it already. The mexican govm't had a stockpile of a million vaccines in case an outbreak of the bird flu got there. Who knew an unecessary expense would prove useful later on?

Actually Texas is one of the states that has confirmed cases of people infected with swine flu Although, I believe they are all recovering now... they are actually trying to figure out why the swine flu is deadly in MX but not in the states.

oops, thought it was cali where the confirmed cases were. PPl died in mexico 'cuz it took to long to figure out what it was (not the regular strain), by the time they got the results from a lab here in the states, it was too late for the 20+ confirmed cases and or 30+ suspected cases.

Ok I checked in with a doctor and no I don't have the swine flu! It's just a regular cold, should be fine in a couple of days.

See a doctor if you have:
-Sudden high fever to the point where you cannot get out of bed
-Extreme fatigue
-Headaches
-Chest pains and back pains
-Bone pain
-Runny nose
-Cough
-Other flu-like symptoms

Just thought I'd share this. Be safe everyone!

lol. I live in OK and they're talking about all these people here that are rushing to the hospital because they sneezed. hahah.

I just talked to my grandma and aunt in DF and they're not even that freaked out. School is cancelled til May 6 and everyone is walking around with those face masks thingies (which they keep running out of), but it's fine.
People are still going to work.

People need to calm down. I doubt it's even going to get bad in the US. They are examining anyone that comes in from Mexico. I just hope that no one EWI brings it.. lol we really don't need that right now.

Oh, and they have confirmed 2 cases in San Antonio. I believe schools are closed for the week.
