allright my question is that both my parents are green card holders and i dont have papers, and i am above the age of 21. if i were to self deport myself... would i get a 10 year ban??..or what are some of the other options, if any??

Yes unfortunately you would get the 10 year ban. Hope the dream passes.

If you have more than 1 year of unlawful presence inside the United States there is an automatic 10 year bar to re-entry.

I think no matter what, you should wait.

If it doesn't happen, then you can always try something else with your parents later.

Go to immigrate2us.net maybe someone there can give you other suggestions if the DA doesn't work out.
