Aw. I feel the same.

The worst is when you talk to those who don't know about your situation, and they think you are just being lazy.

I've had people ask me, "why don't you get off the couch and get a job?" "Stop smooching off your parents/husband." "Get a DL." "Buy a car."
"You are going nowhere at this rate."

I've been close to punching them in the face.

I hope you feel better. I go running when I feel like that. Or I just cry. Bitch, complain. Then I thank God for what I DO have, like a family, friends, good health, a roof over my head, food, intelligence, my laptop.. and most of all, the opportunity to be where I am today. Then I ask for faith and hope that it will all be over soon.. because it will be.

I know how you feel!

Here is something to cheer you up. There is always someone in worse situation than you. For example, ME!!!! After 9 years of University, I collected 3 degrees (BS, MBA, PharmD) and been waiting for Dream Act since 2001. Now, I am aged out of Senate's version of DA 2009. Life is a bitch!!

What do you call a janitor with 9 years of higher education?

Sometimes, I just have to laugh at myself while looking at my diplomats.

So, cheer up!

If you're already aged out, and if CIR doesnt pass anytime soon...u should move to a country where you could put your skills to good use.
Unless your life is pretty good here besides the work part :]
